Company
P&L General Contractors, Inc. is a Native American owned small business General Contractor, based in Oak Harbor, WA.
In 1952, Jon Parkhurst and Richard Lange founded Parkhurst and Lange, which was originally focused on residential construction. But over the last 28 years, P&L has gradually turned to commercial construction.
Ron Wallin came to work for Parkhurst and Lange in 1973. In 1995 Mr. Lange retired and in 1980 sold the company to Ron Wallin, who renamed the company P & L General Contractors, Inc.
Today, we are a participant in the Small Business Administration's Small Disadvantaged Business Program and a graduate of the 8(a) BD Program. P&L now mentors a number of contractors who have entered similar SBA programs. Because of our emphasis on team work and customer service, we are considered a leader in the construction industry.
